I understand that energy healing practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatments, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatments of licensed medical professionals. I understand that the energy healing modalities offered here are not a replacement for medical care.

 

It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or other appropriate licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment that I may have. I understand that energy healing modalities may complement medical or psychological care, but that it is up to me to get prior approval from a licensed health care provider prior to booking a session. 

 

All sessions are non-refundable and run as scheduled. If you are late, the session will not exceed the booked time. For example, if you are running 15 minutes behind, that's 15 minutes lost from your session time.

 

I understand that by booking a session I release my practitioner from any liability, and I understand that the practitioner reserves the right to discontinue working with me at any time without cause.
