Long story short, I get it. Back in 2011, I was overweight, one year out of major back surgery, and had a whole slew of other issues. I had forgotten what it felt like to feel well.

Then I discovered Reiki and other forms of energy work. By inviting these healing modalities into my life, it catapulted a healing process that was dramatic and long-lasting.

 

As a Reiki master, I now hold space for people like you to explore these tools for themselves.

• All energy healing techniques can be done long distance. Energy knows no bounds. I have worked with people all over the world without leaving my healing room! Reiki along with most other sessions can be done at a distance or in person (if you're in my area). 

 

• For many, healing happens on three levels: mind, body, and soul. We all carry "stuff" within us as well as around us. The healing techniques I use are designed to clear and remove old stagnant energies that have been stuck either in your chakra system or in your LEF (luminous energy field).

 

• While there are some common things that people report feeling during and after sessions, your experience will be unique. We'll chat about some of the possibilities prior to working together.
